The mission of the Leadership Forum is to form long lasting relationships, both social and business, that will benefit the members through referrals and business opportunities

What is the Leadership Forum

In 1992 a group of business owners began meeting at lunch in an effort to begin to develop relationships, both social and business, that would benefit the members through referrals and business opportunities.  Since that first group began meeting, the membership has grown to almost 60 members including a wide range of industries and business expertise.

The Leadership Forum (fondly referred to as the SOB - Son of Boss club) includes second and third generation entrepreneurs who are continuing and expanding on the success of family businesses.

Membership in the Leadership Forum is much more than a transient membership in a "tip club".  It is a commitment to the those that are members to establish and build the relationships within the group for a lifetime.  It is also a commitment to influence our business community in a positive long term way.
